Shipping
PuBuild ships enterprise IT hardware throughout the United States and supports international delivery for qualified orders. In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days after payment or PO acceptance. Custom-configured systems may require 2–3 weeks depending on manufacturer lead times.

- Standard ground and expedited parcel services
- LTL freight for racks, pallets, and large systems
- White-glove or scheduled delivery for data center deployments (quoted separately)
Government and secure-site deliveries may include serialized tracking and chain-of-custody documentation. Review our FAQ or Support Center for estimate tools at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Enterprise hardware returns are evaluated case-by-case. Unopened standard catalog items in original packaging may qualify for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to restocking fees and manufacturer policies. Configured, registered, or licensed products may be non-returnable.
Contact sales@pubuild.com with your order number before returning any equipment. RMA authorization is required.
Damaged shipments
Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product serial numbers. We will coordinate carrier claims and replacement logistics promptly.
