Ordering & Returns

How does the RFQ process work?
Submit your requirements through our RFQ builder. Our team validates specifications, sources authorized channel pricing, and returns a formal quote—often with alternates and lead-time options for procurement files.
Can I return or exchange hardware?
Enterprise hardware returns are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery. Contact your account manager for assistance.

Returns are handled case-by-case within 30 days for eligible unopened standard products. Configured systems may be non-returnable. Review Shipping & Returns before initiating an RMA.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Include part numbers or links, quantities, ship-to location, contract vehicle, compliance needs (TAA, NIST, ITAR), and target dates.
How fast do you respond to RFQs?
Most RFQs receive a response within one business day (Pacific Time) for in-stock and standard configurations.

Yes. We support federal, state, local, education, and tribal purchasers with documentation aligned to government contracting needs. Request our vendor credentials and capability materials for your procurement file.
What payment terms are available?
Terms vary by program — net-30 is common for approved government and enterprise accounts. Payment method is confirmed on your quote.
Are you an SBA-certified small business?
Yes. PuBuild is an SBA-certified small business and woman-owned small business (WOSB), registered across all 50 states.
What payment methods do you accept?
Commercial orders may use major cards and approved invoicing. Government buyers often use purchase orders, wire transfer, or contract-specific instruments—indicate your preferred method when requesting a quote.

What is a UEI and do you provide it for vendor onboarding?
We provide our UEI/SAM registration details and capability materials upon request for federal and prime contractor vendor files.
Do you provide Letters of Authorization (LoA) from OEMs?
Yes. Formal quotes can include OEM authorization and traceability documentation suitable for procurement review.
Are you registered in SAM.gov?
Registration identifiers are provided on request with our capability statement and vendor onboarding package. Contact sales for current documentation.
Can you join our contract vehicle as a subcontractor?
We regularly team with primes on infrastructure buys. Share your solicitation details via RFQ or email sales@pubuild.com with NAICS and timeline requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the typical delivery timeline?
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days for in-stock items. Custom-configured systems typically ship within 2-3 weeks.

Can you ship to APO/FPO or CONUS only sites?
We coordinate domestic and approved freight lanes. Specify delivery constraints in your RFQ for a tailored logistics plan.
Do you ship to secure or classified facilities?
We support CONUS delivery with serialized tracking and tamper-evident packaging. Facilities with special handling instructions should note requirements in the order or RFQ; our logistics team will confirm feasibility.

Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation and configuration services for all enterprise hardware purchases.
Do you provide installation or rack-and-stack services?
We coordinate professional installation, remote configuration, and data center deployment services through certified partners. Mention deployment requirements in your RFQ.
Do you support install and rack-and-stack services?
Installation and staging services are available by statement of work — scoped during solution design.

Compliance & Security

What compliance standards do you support?
We support buyers with FedRAMP-oriented, HIPAA, FISMA/NIST 800-53, and supply-chain documentation needs. Solutions are mapped in our Solutions portfolio—final accreditation remains the customer's responsibility.
How do TAA requirements affect my order?
TAA-compliant sourcing is available with documentation for applicable federal and SLED procurements. Note TAA needs on your RFQ.
